Ingredients
Makes 10 Servings
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
3 tbspns chia seeds
1 tbspn ground cinnamon
1 egg yolk
1’/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Preheat the over to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spread out over the parchment into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick - you want the mixture to all be touching.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the mixture is hard.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into smaller pieces.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
