Ingredients

Makes 10 Servings

  • 1 cup coconut flakes

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 3 tbspns chia seeds

  • 1 tbspn ground cinnamon

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1’/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the over to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spread out over the parchment into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick - you want the mixture to all be touching.

  3. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the mixture is hard.

  4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into smaller pieces.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
