Ingredients

Makes 2 single servings

  • 1 egg

  • 1.3 cup vanilla plant based yogurt (I like Siggi’s)

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder (I like Nuzest)

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 1 tbspn maple syrup

  • (Optional) 1 tbspn dark chocolate chips

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, except the chocolate chips, until well combined. Portion into two ramekins and top with chocolate chips. Microwave for 1 min 30 seconds.
