I'm an NASM certified personal trainer, avid runner, and natural chef. Like many of you, I'm also a busy mom of two little girls and a high-energy Aussie—keeping up with them is a workout on its own! Plus, I juggle a career as a product consultant and digital designer. My hands are definitely full.
